After fighting a fruitless and bloody war for the last 20 years, US forces are withdrawing from Afghanistan. US imperialism is leaving a trail of destruction in its wake. Only socialist revolution can prevent a descent in chaos and barbarism.

Counter-revolutionary protests have erupted onto the streets of Cuba, provoked by the deteriorating economic situation facing the country. Socialists must defend the Cuban revolution, oppose imperialism, and fight for workers’ democracy.

Despite the heroic efforts of the masses, the inspiring revolutionary movement against the military regime in Myanmar has reached an impasse. The task ahead is to build a revolutionary leadership armed with Marxist theory and a clear strategy.
