The British state is prosecuting the barrister representing Palestine Action activists, for the ‘crime’ of reminding jurors of their right to acquit the accused! This is yet another egregious attack on the Palestine movement and our democratic rights.

Last Saturday, the Nakba 78 march dwarfed the size of Tommy Robinson’s ‘Unite The Kingdom’ rally. The enormous reserves of support for Palestine, combined with a desire to fight racism and the right, have shown a glimpse of the real balance of forces.

Today marks 78 years since the Nakba, the brutal terror campaign waged by Zionist forces against Palestinians to found the state of Israel. British imperialism – having subjected the region to decades of domination, plunder, and division – was central to this catastrophe.
