For this reason, we have taken the decision to launch a new political party: the Revolutionary Communist Party.
The founding congress is in May 2024. But the campaign starts now. We need all the help we can get to make this venture a huge success.
Our tasks
We need to launch our new paper, The Communist, and make it a genuine voice of the working class; a tool for spreading communist ideas far and wide.
We need to expand our publishing house, Wellred Books, to meet the ever-growing demand for Marxist theory.
We are running a campaign on the life and ideas of Lenin, to commemorate the centenary of his passing, and to defend genuine Marxism and Bolshevism.
We plan to take on 20 new full-time staff over the next year – revolutionaries whose sole job it is to organise our activity, and to provide political leadership on the ground.
And above all, we are determined to double the size of our organisation by the end of 2024. We need 2,000 well-trained communists – or more – in time for the storm and stress of a Starmer crisis government.
How you can help
The founding congress of the new RCP – forged on the basis of revolutionary Marxism – will be a massive step forward for the British revolution.
But with your support, we can turn this step into a giant leap, and hit the ground running, ready for the titanic battles that our class will soon face.
